The Artisan Street Fayre is always looking for exciting, passionate, and creative traders to join our growing community of independent businesses.

Are you a talented maker, baker, artist, designer, food vendor, creative business, or local producer looking to showcase your products to thousands of visitors across the North West and Yorkshire?

Our events are designed to celebrate and support independent businesses, bringing together unique traders, artisan creators, street food vendors, craftspeople, and local brands in vibrant town centres, shopping destinations, and community spaces.

We welcome applications from a wide range of categories including:

At The Artisan Street Fayre, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality events filled with originality, creativity, and community spirit. For this reason, we do not accept franchise businesses, pyramid selling, direct sales companies, or mass wholesale products that do not align with our artisan-focused events.

To ensure a strong balance of traders and give every business the best opportunity to succeed, some categories may occasionally be placed onto a waiting list if spaces become full. This helps us maintain variety across our markets and avoid too many similar stalls at the same event.

We also proudly support local charities and community groups by offering a selection of complimentary community pitches at selected events. If you are a charity, non-profit organisation, or community initiative, we would love to hear more about your work, your goals, and how you would like to be involved on event day.

Registeration Form

To start your journey with The Artisan Street Fayre, you will first need to complete a trader registration form for your business, whether you are a small start-up, growing independent brand, or an established business.

This helps us learn more about your products, your business, and how we can best match you to our exciting events across the North West and Yorkshire.

Welcome Email

Once your registration form has been submitted, you will receive a welcome email from The Artisan Street Fayre with full details on how to book events and create your trader account.

Please remember to check your junk or spam folders if the email does not appear in your inbox, as automated emails can occasionally be filtered there.

Reviewed Booking

Once you have made a provisional booking, our team will review your application and products before confirming your space at the event.

You will then receive a confirmation email once your booking has been approved. Please note that when making a payment, the funds may appear as pending or temporarily held by your bank until we manually authorise and confirm your booking.

Your Booked

Once your payment has been accepted and your booking confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email

A full trader set-up email containing event information, arrival details, and important instructions will then be sent approximately 5 days before each event you have booked.
